ACCREDITATION
CX accreditation process to ensure that all the collection members are of comparable quality standards
DATABASE
Access to the global agency database which details, key services, locations and the primary contact within each agency plus a link to their website.
Access to a database held centrally by CX of all members previous and current clients so that you can reach out to find key client knowledge and to liaise on case studies.
BUILDING YOUR OWN NETWORK
Support in pulling together a “custom” project-specific network with the appropriate skills and resources
Referal of leads from CX Centrally
Access to the directors for advice and support when ever you need it.

MEMBERSHIP
The membership term is annual running from July - June each year. All memberships are payable in advance and will automatically renew each year unless terminated by either side in writing before the end of the previous year. Only fully paid up members will be granted access to the CX Collection network and databases.
For new members outside of the July start date a quarterly ( remaining ) fee will be charged, 3 quarters = 75%, 2 quarters 50% 1 quarter 25% of the annual fee.
Membership may be terminated by either party by giving a three months notice period. Any change of ownership might result in the terminating of the contract. Membership may be terminated immediately in the case of gross misconduct.
